This section contains two interactions to help follow up our first lesson and to start bringing about the changes that you want. Each session will take about five minutes to run.

  • If possible, try to run Applying Your Action Plan in the morning to help you review the helpful things that you are doing and possibly get an idea of when you can apply them in your day.
  • Again if possible, try to run Noticing The Better Times in the evening as part of your wind-down time to help you notice the better times in your day

Some users have noted that sometimes one feeds into the other, where their action plan has helped the better times, which has helped them alter and improve their action plan for the next day.  Please feel free to return to this section as often as you like to run the interactions
